Shipping policy

Free shipping to the United States

All orders shipped within the United States ship for free, with no minimum order amount.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed. This time already includes preparing and packing your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods such as holidays and sales, delivery can take a little longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

International orders

We also ship to selected countries outside the United States. International shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, depend on the rules of the destination country.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected time, or it arrives damaged, email us at bartekdrop930@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you right away.
